DIET
The diet consists of 3 to 7 days before taking the medication.
NO: alcohol, red meat, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, and sex to keep your energy well centered.
The more neutral the body is, the better the medicine is absorbed.
If the person is taking any medication, the dose should be gradually reduced each day until the medication is stopped completely, and no medication should be taken on the day of the medication, nor the following day.
