DIET
The diet consists of 3 to 7 days before any ceremony.
NO: alcohol, red meat, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate and sex so that your energy is well focused.
The more neutral the body is, the better the medicine is absorbed.
If the person takes any medication, it must be reduced each day, until you stop taking it and do not take it on the day of the ceremony, nor the next day.
